Give up resistance and struggle!
We are in the middle of the second lockdown of the year 2020. And this in November, which is anyway also energetically a “heavy” month. This is certainly not only due to the fact that the sun is missing in the formerly so-called nebulization or wind moon, but that the numerous occasions of commemoration of the dead rather lead us into heavier feelings like that of mourning. And then there is also a constantly and subtly vibrating fear of the virus or its consequences, such as contact and work bans, mask obligation and all the other existential restrictions that go along with it.
I had written in the last newsletter that I would like to bring the self-healing circle back to life, which we had already installed once in May, in the course of the first lockdown. According to my intuition, it needs just now again a circle that gives the possibility to connect us with the “source” and also with each other, in order to strengthen us so both energetically and reciprocally and to “hold the light”.
Our daily morning meditation has been running since the October full moon and the feedback is consistently positive, even enthusiastic, about how strong, supporting and healing the energy field is and how wonderfully it carries the participants through the challenges of everyday life. The closed Facebook group grew to over 160 people within a very short time – I was surprised myself at how great the need obviously is.
For me, during one of my morning meditations, the questions arose:
- Why are so many people in a bad way right now? I currently have very many and very desperate requests in my practice …
Well, I think that one of the big challenges in the current overall situation is our own thinking or judging of events. I believe that most of us have to take a step out of our previous way of thinking. And that is from my point of view a deeply spiritual act, namely a becoming aware of:
- Life does not threaten me, it perhaps challenges me and it forces me to leave my comfort zone, i.e. the familiar, which can cause insecurity, perhaps loss of control or even fear. But life means well for me! Even if it doesn’t look like it at first glance and doesn’t feel like it at first.
I think that it is important that you realize that you always decide for yourself whether you evaluate what happens to you as something bad or as something good. And accordingly, your own life, your everyday life, your basic feeling will feel and be shaped that way.
At the moment, many are rejecting what is happening – whether it is the virus as such or the political consequences. Probably because the overall events are not or hardly understandable on the head level. From my point of view, there is no point in worrying about it either. I believe that it is much more about looking at oneself, one’s life, one’s thinking and questioning whether one is still on one’s own track right now?
Because, if you change your attitude towards what is happening, e.g. accept it as part of your own development, you give up your resistance or struggle. Experience shows that both the process and one’s own life as a whole then become easier. Ultimately, this means that we should now ‘simply’ give life a leap of faith. That is, to go into development without resistance, trusting that we will reach our goal – and not thinking that we have to secure and control the entire path to the goal.
According to my experience as well as the current perception, this wanting to hold on and control creates fear and lack. But we all wish for love and light and joy and abundance, don’t we? Then we also need another starting point. And from my point of view this is trust.
So let’s stop standing at the station and wondering why no ship is coming(*), but let’s actively change our thinking and thus also our feeling. I am happy to help with this. At the moment the best way is with my online offers like the Reiki-Remote, Reiki-Phone, Reiki-Video or Reiki-Transformation in which we can work together, deeply and sustainably on the inner building sites.
A gentle time with sun for head and heart I wish YOU and YOU all! 💕🙏
