Quick guide
Before you start, please make sure that you are undisturbed for the next 15 minutes or so. If you like, light a candle and an aroma lamp. Then find a comfortable lying position – you can also sit on a chair or on a meditation cushion or stool on the floor if you tend to fall asleep. You may also want to put a blanket around you to feel warm and secure.
