Meditative exercise for more peace & freedom
This small, fine meditative exercise wants to support you in forgiving yourself and others. It is recorded by me intuitively and live for you on Christmas Eve 2021.
Through our spiritual practice we become aware in a very natural way and increasingly of what is going on inside us. As a rule, we also come into contact with hurts that happened in past relationships and are often still unconsciously effective today.
When we consciously get in touch with the feelings that arise in us in a protected space, it becomes clearer what we feel and why we feel it. And if we can accept, look at and let go of these feelings, it will change our whole life! Thus, little by little, we become able to put unfinished business in order and heal wounds.
Forgiveness is one of the great keys to opening your heart!
And it is a wonderful means to overcome the pain of past hurts that harden you and prevent you from trusting and loving yourself and others. So you can learn from the lessons of the past, transform negative thoughts and feelings and turn unhindered – inwardly liberated and with a clear view – to your future.
When you say goodbye to resentment and its unwanted inner emotional attachments to past situations and people, FREEDOM, PEACE, JOY and FULNESS can finally fully enter your life. Hooray!
Quick guide
Before you start, please make sure that you are undisturbed and comfortable for the next 20 minutes or so. If you like, light a candle and an aroma lamp. Then find a comfortable sitting or lying position. You may also want to put a blanket around you to feel warm and safe. And then just let it happen – everything that happens is for your highest good. At the same time you bring more peace and freedom into the world. Even if a few tears want to roll, that is a good sign, because then you let go and healing can happen.
